The company is located in the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone of Yiyang County, Luoyang City, boasting convenient transportation access and proximity to the Lianhuo Expressway, Ningluo Expressway, and Longmen High-Speed Railway Station—features that give it a significant locational advantage and enable it to serve a wide geographic area.
The company’s service areas include R&D and prototyping of new products, as well as large-scale contract manufacturing services for: mixing tanks, powder tank bodies, sanitation vehicles, liquid tank trucks, box-type container trucks, mining and tunnel engineering vehicles, sewage suction trucks, recreational vehicles, emergency rescue vehicles, new-energy vehicles, and more. Additionally, the company is engaged in the manufacture of mechanical equipment, production of automotive parts and accessories, fabrication of metal structures, steel sales, complete vehicle sales, mechanical components and various spare parts, and the sale of containers, among other products.
The company is equipped with over 20 sets of key equipment, including two sheet laser cutting machines with a capacity of 12,000 kilowatts each, a large-scale roll-forming machine measuring 9.6 meters, a 3-meter roll-forming machine, a seam-welding machine, as well as advanced equipment such as 3D lasers and robots. It has a fully integrated material-cutting processing center, a semi-automatic riveting and welding production line, and various specialized production lines for manufacturing components.
The company currently has more than 150 employees, including over 20 technical and managerial personnel. At present, the company has established long-term cooperative relationships with well-known industry players such as CIMC Vehicles and CIMC Lingyu Luoyang. The company’s main products include: mixer truck bodies, chassis, discharge chutes, feed hoppers, discharge hoppers, tilting hoppers, step plates, tie rods, main chute supports, rear frame supports, front-end components, rear-end components, and other parts; bulk powder tank bodies, carbon steel liquid tank bodies, stainless steel tank bodies, chassis, and complete vehicle components; as well as the manufacturing and processing of various components for sanitation engineering projects, including modular stations, garbage collection vehicles, garbage compactors, recreational vehicles, and more.
